A good change and a good chance

On Oct 1^st, 2018, GESVN officially joined Kimball Electronics Company and thus a new exciting chapter for GESVN employees began.

Maintaining a safe and sustainable environment is vital to our health and well-being. With the goal to create a safe and secure workplace environment by instilling an injury-free culture that all injuries can be prevented. A Safety-Environment (SEF) assessment by Mr. Chris Whann- Director of SEF for KEI, Mr. Ken Sicard-SEF Specialist for KEI, and Mr. Albert Chan-SEF Manager at KE-China, was conducted from December 12^th-14^th, 2018 in GESVN. This initial assessment was to find out the gaps between the SEF standards of KEI and GESVN and how to develop, improve and align with SEF global standards of KEI. It is a good change and a good chance for GESVN to implement and to align with the SEF global standards of KEI going forward.

GESVN consistently strives for an injury‐free culture and believes that all injuries can be prevented. Safety & Environment goals of GESVN are:
